All persons attending the 31st Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary’s Golden Shovel Awards are required to register. This includes presenters, invited speakers and exhibitors. Registration allows the individual to attend all sessions and receive meals provided by the Conference, which include morning coffee, a breakfast, two luncheons and a reception.
Please note that there will be no on-site registration. Attendee space is limited. Please register for the conference before making travel arrangements

Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Substitutions may be requested through February 3, 2017. After February 3rd only in-person substitutions would be allowed on site at the conference.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. No Exceptions.

Attendee badges must be worn at all times to all events, including sessions and meals. All attendees MUST pre-register and pick their badge up on-site. Please print your registration confirmation and bring it on-site to receive your badge.
